Once your logo is finalised, we will contact you to discuss your website in full. Once we have a clear idea of your requirements, our expert team of web designers will set to work. You will receive an initial draft within one week of briefing, ready for your review and feedback. We’ll make any amends required, and continue until you are 100% happy with the look of the website. Once the design is signed off, we’ll hand over to our developers who will code your site to include all agreed functionality. When your site is live, we’ll discuss your options for marketing and SEO.
Yes – you will own your website design outright once it has been signed off. At this point, you are free to do as you wish – you are not tied in to us in any way.
Yes – if you are especially impressed by a particular website, please send us the web address for reference. Alternatively, we can create your website design from scratch, based on the brand established by your logo. We will discuss the look and feel of your website in full at the briefing stage – please feel free to convey your ideas and inspiration however works best for you.
We will take the time to discuss and understand your brief before beginning the design process. Our approach is thorough, so we’re confident you’ll be happy with our first design concept. If on the rare occasion you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ll work with you to find out what went wrong. We’ll then make any changes required, and send a revision for your approval. You’ll have your very own account manager who will always be available to listen and discuss your thoughts in detail as we go along.
Yes, you can. We do offer free domain registration and free hosting for a year with our website design packages as standard, but if you would prefer to use your own, just let us know.
CMS stands for ‘Content Management System’. A CMS allows you to create, manage and store content on your web pages including text, images, photos and videos. It will give you complete control over the content on your website – so you can make changes or additions as and when you need, independently of us.
Yes – SEO is vital to the success of your business online, so we build all of our websites with search engines in mind. We will submit your site to the top search engines including Google and Bing as standard, and can also provide bespoke SEO strategies to build upon and maintain your search rankings.
Yes – we always take a flexible approach, so please get in touch if you require a website with custom functionality. If your requirements are particularly complex, a web developer will be on hand to answer your questions and provide a full proposal in response to your brief.
